Why Only Members Vote for the Nominees?

To ensure fairness and integrity in the selection process, we allow only active CFK members to vote for the nominees.

This is because not everyone outside the academy has followed the players’ performance throughout the year. Allowing open voting could lead to results based on popularity, not merit — and that goes against the spirit of recognizing true effort, growth, and achievement.

Our members have been present, involved, and closely following the progress, discipline, and performance of players at various events and training sessions. They are best placed to make informed decisions.

This system helps us maintain credibility and ensures that every recognition is deserved, earned, and respected.
